Lana Parilla was an Evil Queen in the TV series Once Upon  a Time     Quite dramatic

How about Anna Kendrick's Cinderella in Into the Woods?

 And then there's Satine (Nicole Kidman) from Moulin Rouge    You can tell how tall Nicole is from this costume.  So many of the costumes throughout the show are tiny.
