Old Broads Waxing Poetic Cast - Monday

In honor of Old Broads Waxing Poetic book launch
 I am featuring the cast.

Monday's broad - Susan Flett Swiderski - is a hoot. Her writing is laugh out loud funny, and her poems in the collection always have heart. I met her through a Blogging A-to-Z April challenge, and her I Think; Therefore I Yam had me hooked.  She's written a book Hot Flashes and Cold Lemonade, and is one of the co-compilers of the Old Broads collection. Check out her link above and start chuckling.

  1. Susan's writing makes me smile. That's always a good thing! :-) I'm grateful to her and Julie for compiling Old Broads for us.

  2. Always something interesting on Susan's blog.

  3. Not only is Susan witty and creative, but she has great instincts as well. Fortunately, those instincts led us to you, Joanne! We wouldn't be Old Broads Waxing Poetic without your wonderful poems, and amazing formatting skills. Thanks also to Daisy, Delores, Robyn, Fran, Liza, and our "honorary broad" Michael! Looking forward to seeing more Old Broads this week!

  4. Susan shines with off-the-charts heart, sass and talent. She's a blessing, that woman. I adore her, and she always makes me laugh.

I love that you're doing this. Thanks, Joanne.

  5. This is so fun...a way for us "Old Broads" to get to know each other better! Thanks, Joanne! Susan is a giving and caring blogger who always makes me grin. I've had so many belly laughs caused by "I think therefore I Yam," but it's no laugh that clearly she spends a lot of time researching and putting together awesome blog posts. Hooray to Susan!

  6. If I'm not mistaken, I met the both of you through the A to Z and I'm very pleased that I did. Susan is indeed hilarious and you are a lovely blogger friend.

    1. thanks. Indeed, it was the same A to Z year - a banner year. And if you ever got a wild hair to visit Texas - you are welcome. I'd show you a good time.

  7. Aw, shucks. You guys brought tears to my eyes. (Must be cat hair...)
