A to Z Challenge - Never

Never

nuzzle a porcupine

sidle up with care
nuggets of wisdom
not appreciated
notice the mood,
numb to nosegays  or nuance
don’t be a nuisance
numskulls nudge rather
than nurture

observe obstacles

  2. Fun use of the Challenge. N is for "Nice to meet you and your poetry!" Strangely enough, before reading your post I had half-decided to part with my porcupine quill earrings that I've had for 30+ years. I was in two minds: keep for sentimental reasons, or time to declutter and move on? Your post convinced me to go with the "move on." Thanks!

  4. Very funny start, it reminds me how we all learn along the way. Nothing teaches a lesson so fast as being bit in the rump. Enjoyed it.

  5. Excellent advice! Don't get within nudging distance of porcupines either.
