Beach rejuvenation is the best.

DeleteDid I read somewhere that the Gulf is full of 'sea lice' that are leaving bites and welts on swimmers in the FL Panhandle area? Isn't Alabama near that? It's been too hot and humid to even go to the beach here. I hate this weather.
