Totally random today. I sat down to write some book reviews and then said, "Nah, don't feel like it. I typed enough at work today. I'm ready to go watch Netflix."
So, I'll give you a brief whatever glimpse of life at the Faries household. Ray's working on this 1000 piece puzzle that I gave him for Christmas. It's a challenge!
I've had this Emily Dickinson card for awhile. Rather than share it with someone, I decided she could hang out on my bookshelf. Class up the joint.
No surprise, but the Cowboys crumbled. Still the special edition Makers Mark bottle wears its jersey proudly. Football here never, ever ends. (truly, never, ever.....seemingly never)
my whirly-spiral hangs from the ceiling fan in our casual living room. We got it in Cozumel in December. I brought it indoors away from the winter elements.
Whatever's happening in your world on Wednesday - I hope it's a tad random. Stop and pause, take a look around, and snap a picture. You might be surprised at what lurks in the corners.
Whee!
King John - the good, but mostly the bad ...

All books? That is one heck of a tough puzzle all right.
ReplyDeleteyep - he's been challenged. The colors are tricky
DeleteOh, I love your Emily Dickinson book marker. Truly, she's better hanging than marking a page in NASCAR...who knew there was Chicken Soup for a racers soul. My corners are filled with lurkers.
ReplyDeleteI have a story in that NASCAR book. Sorry...Emily is slumming
DeleteLoved the post and photo's Joanne. I am not a great reader so not sure about the books.
ReplyDeleteHad a lazy day after doing chores. To wet, windy and cold. Hope your day is better,
Yvonne.
thanks. All was fine today. I worked, but can't complain
DeleteHoly jeez! Lookit that puzzle! I much prefer the ten-piece Muppet Babies puzzles myself. Too bad the kids are all grown up now and I don't have that excuse anymore. On the other hand, since I live alone now, Muppet Babies puzzles it is!
ReplyDeleteRay is the puzzle master. I am useless. Or I could do Muppet Babies...maybe.
DeleteGreat advise. We see so much when we actually look around. I saw a lot of whirly spirals in Greece. Yours is very pretty.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful random eve and beyond, Joanne.
thanks. I knew you'd appreciate the spiral random of my post. Cheers my friend
DeleteLooooove the whirly spiral!
ReplyDeleteoh yeah. I just tapped it to whirl for you
DeleteThat puzzle looks like it would take a while indeed
ReplyDeleteHe needs challenges in his semi-retirement. No TV for him...brain busters!
