I once tried an AB for the first time (which is basically the inside of a kebab tipped over a plate of fries) in the same meal as my first ever deep-fried Snickers. Afterwards I had this exchange with my friend: 'Hey, do you want to go for a run?' 'Where to?' 'Sydney.'
Walking is great after a big lunch, because it saves you grabbing the leftovers... No matter how stuffed I am - especially at Christmas - I can always make room for another chocolate or slice of Yule Log.
