take time to say thanks
thanks to all loved ones
remember your past
shed tears of joy, not sorrow
breathe deep and look around
no phone, no electronics, no gadgets
breathe deep and look around
let your mind take the snapshot

    of the moments  
                                                         
of love

      we pretty much managed no phones during the family Christmas. Everybody actually talked to each other. It was nice
