      Music and laughter can help. Reading does a lot too but it only postpones reality.

    Hi Joanne - nothing like taking a bottle out into a far away place for forgetting ... though of course tomorrow the problems are still there. But better to get on with life, as Alex promotes ... love the memes though - cheers Hilary
