TCU came in undefeated. The pre-game party started at 4 with Frog Alley filled with booths, games, and giveaways. Then the Frog Walk - cheerleaders, mascot, and players paraded through the quadrangle in front of the stadium. Tail gate tents were filled with food, drink, and laughter. It was a gorgeous day and the energy level was amped to 11.
And the Horned Frog mascot.
Quite a stadium, quite a game (we Won!!!!), and our seats at the end zone were really good.
Here's a quote from a former undefeated coach. College football is serious business. Ray and I enjoyed witnessing the loyalty, the game, the energy, and the fun. It was a full day of sport.
Hi Joanne - I can hear your enthusiasm ... and sounds a fun day with the man you love - who loves his College football!! Must have been interesting to be a part of - cheers Hilary
ReplyDeleteIndeed, lots of energy. Made me want to go to college now and just party my time away. Ha! I was far too serious back in the day of real studies.
DeleteCollege football is always fun.
ReplyDeleteThis was an eye opener. I had not been to a top notch school game. Very fun! Lots of traditions, obviously. Plus we had a gorgeous day. That makes it!
DeleteHi Joanne, thought I would take a look.
